DJ Silvia
Co-Founder Family & Life
DJ will be the first to tell you that coaching on commitments and living them are two different skills. And, marriage is where he actually practices the second one.
The work isn't glamorous. It's saying "I need to step away from this conversation" instead of shutting down. It's asking directly for what he needs instead of expecting his wife to guess. It's the small, repeated choice to be honest even when softer would be easier.
DJ doesn't just teach that commitments make relationships stronger. He's built his own marriage on proving it.

Family & Life
People sometimes ask how Lital balances a marriage and a coaching practice built on telling people the truth. The honest answer? The same boundaries she teaches are the ones she and her husband live by at home.
That doesn't mean it's effortless. It means it's practiced. Clear asks instead of hints. Honest "no's" instead of quiet resentment. A relationship that gets stronger because neither of them is afraid to say what they actually need.
Lital doesn't coach boundaries as theory. She lives inside them, at home, first.
About Your Coaches!
How We Started
We didn't plan on building something together. We met working the same case. Lital came at it as the therapist, DJ came at it as the coach . This was the same client, same goal, two very different training backgrounds pointed at the same problem.
What we noticed early on wasn't a difference in approach. It was how much we agreed. Neither of us believed in softening things until they lost their meaning. Neither of us thought "supportive" had to mean "vague." We both watched the same pattern show up over and over in that work: people who were exhausted, over-extended, and quietly furious . This was not because they lacked the skills to fix it, but because no one had ever taught them how to draw a line and actually hold it.
That case will end, the way cases do. The conversation didn't. We kept talking about what we'd seen, about the gap between therapy and coaching (and so much more!) that so many people fall into, and about what it would look like to build something that didn't ask people to choose between "understood" and "held accountable."
DrawnBoundaries is that answer. A therapist and a coach, one shared belief, and a practice built on the idea that boundaries and committements can be taught. They can be taught clearly, kindly, and for good.
Because it all starts with keeping your word with yourself. That commitment isn't the finish line . That committment? That’s a tool, one you pick back up every day, to get to the best version of you. We're not here to keep you comfortable. We're here to push you past comfortable, into the kind of growth and success that only shows up on the other side of it.
Meet Lital Diament
Hi, I’m Lital Diament. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, maternal mental health professional, and boundaries coach who has spent years studying, and living, the intersection of relationships, identity, leadership, and self-worth.
My professional background is rooted in clinical training and years of working with women, couples, families, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and the complicated realities of motherhood. I am also trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and perinatal mental health, and I hold Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) certification. My clinical work has taught me how deeply our patterns, relationships, nervous systems, and learned beliefs can influence the way we show up in our lives.
But my understanding of boundaries isn't only professional.
I've lived it.
Before I was a coach, I was the woman saying yes when I meant no. I would over-explain. Taking responsibility for everyone else's emotions and urgency. Trying to keep the peace while slowly losing myself in the process.
Changing that took years of reflection, uncomfortable conversations, trial and error, and more than a few boundaries that had to be redrawn.
That experience shapes the way I coach today.
I don't believe boundaries are about becoming cold, disconnected, or difficult. They're about becoming honest. Honest about what you need, what you will tolerate, what you value, where your responsibility ends, and what you are no longer willing to carry.
My coaching work brings together my professional understanding of human behavior and relationships with the lived experience of learning how to stop shrinking, over-functioning, and apologizing for taking up space.
Today, I coach women in two primary areas:
Business Coaching
For founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are ready to protect their time, authority, energy, and expertise without constantly over-explaining or over-giving.
Boundaries & Life Coaching
For women who are ready to create healthier boundaries in relationships, family, work, motherhood, and everyday life, and learn how to hold those boundaries without guilt.
My approach is practical, direct, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the belief that you don't have to become someone else to have boundaries.
You get to become more fully yourself.
You don't need permission to take up space.
You need a boundary that tells you it's okay.
Meet DJ Silvia
I’m DJ Silvia, a coach, husband, father, and former U.S. Navy service member with a career shaped by high-stakes environments, leadership, adversity, and the ability to perform when things get difficult.
I was medically retired from the U.S. Navy after a career with Naval Special Warfare. After my military service, I worked with the DEA on a drug enforcement team targeting cartel operations, worked in private contracting, and spent years as a paramedic in emergency medicine and the fire service.
I built much of my life around succeeding in chaos, answering the calls others wouldn't, stepping into high-pressure situations, and doing whatever was necessary to get the job done.
But that life came with a cost.
I have experienced PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse firsthand. My own struggles forced me to confront patterns I could no longer outrun and taught me lessons about discipline, accountability, emotional regulation, responsibility, and resilience the hard way.
I learned that pain doesn't have to be the end of the story.
It can become the place where growth begins.
Today, I bring that perspective into coaching. I know what it means to feel stuck, to struggle with patterns that continue to create problems, and to wonder how you're going to find your way forward.
I'm also a husband, a father, and a Christian. Those roles have challenged and shaped me in ways the operational world never could. They have taught me about humility, responsibility, grace, and the importance of showing up, and not just when things are easy, but when they aren't.
My path has been anything but smooth.
I've been in places where there didn't seem to be a way out. I've had to rebuild, reassess, and learn how to become an active participant in my own life.
That's why I coach the way I do.
My Approach to Coaching
Coaching, for me, is about taking ownership and moving forward.
It's about challenging the discomfort instead of constantly avoiding it. It's about recognizing the patterns that keep creating the same problems and having the courage to change them.
I'm not interested in simply making you feel better for an hour.
I'm interested in helping you build something different.
That may mean having difficult conversations, confronting uncomfortable realities, creating accountability, developing healthier habits, rebuilding confidence, or learning how to respond differently when life gets chaotic.
I'm direct. I'm honest. And I'm going to challenge you.
No smoke. No false promises. No pretending everything is fine when it isn't.
There will be hard conversations.
There will be moments when you don't like what you're hearing.
And there will be work that only you can do.
I'll walk beside you, challenge you, and help you identify the path forward.
You still have to take the steps.
Education
Before entering the military, I studied Economics at the University of Tennessee.
I later completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and am currently pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Christian Counseling.
My education, combined with years of real-world experience in military, emergency, law-enforcement, and high-pressure environments, informs a coaching approach grounded in accountability, resilience, behavior change, and practical action.
Why Coaching?
For most of our lives, someone is in our corner.
Parents.
Teachers.
Coaches.
Mentors.
People who challenge us, encourage us, catch us when we fall, and help us see things we can't see ourselves.
Then adulthood arrives.
The stakes get higher, life gets more complicated, and somewhere along the way, many of us decide we're supposed to figure everything out alone.
I don't believe that's how we're meant to operate.
We all have blind spots.
We all get stuck.
We all benefit from accountability.
Coaching provides a place to stop guessing, start examining what's actually happening, and take intentional action toward the person you want to become.
The world gives us plenty of reasons to settle.
I don't accept that.
And if you work with me, neither will you.

1. Intake & Paperwork Before we begin, you’ll fill out a short intake form and sign a coaching agreement and informed consent. This helps me understand your specific situation and makes sure we’re aligned on how the process works.
2. Sessions We meet live over video or phone (even through text messages) on a schedule that fits your life. Sessions are practical: we look at real situations you’re facing, name the pattern underneath, and build language and strategies you can use right away.
3. Between sessions you'll leave with something concrete to practice, a phrase to try, a boundary to test, a pattern to notice, not vague homework.
-
Coaching is forward-focused, practical, and collaborative. It’s not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care; if it looks like you’d benefit from that kind of support alongside coaching, I’ll always say so.
